This helps show that what the scale reads isn’t the determining factor, muscle weighs more by volume than fat. I’m 5'5 at 135lbs & can squat 205lbs & deadlift 185+ I hip thrust 225+ & squat jump with 80lbs+ for reps 💪🏽 Ladies, do not fear the weights, you won’t get these type of results doing 30 day air squat challenges or walking on the stair master! 😉 If you want to sculpt your body see my guides & programs on my website.
